Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Shyleh. We take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our handcrafted jewelry. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return & Exchange Windows

Returns/Exchanges: We accept exchange requests within 7 days from the date of delivery. Returns are not accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

The item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item is in its original packaging, including any velvet pouches, boxes, authenticity certificates, and tags.

Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or resizing by an external jeweler cannot be accepted.

Hygiene Exception: For hygiene reasons, Jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.
3. The Return Process

Initiate the Request: Email us at kumawatharsh2402@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 9351906721 with your Order ID and photos of the item you wish to return.

For Damaged Items: Please include a clear photo and a short unboxing video showing the defect.

Reverse Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, we will guide you on how to ship it back to us.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been dispatched. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
5. Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
Please note that customized jewelry, altered sizes, or specially commissioned made-to-order pieces are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
