Shyleh – Shipping Policy

At Shyleh, we understand how eagerly you await your handcrafted silver jewelry. We partner with reliable national courier services to ensure your orders reach you safely, securely, and as quickly as possible.

1. Processing & Dispatch Timelines

  • In-Stock Items: Orders for ready-to-ship jewelry are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces: Customized designs or pieces temporarily out of stock require specialized craftsmanship. These will be dispatched within 7–14 business days. The estimated timeline will be explicitly mentioned on the product page or communicated to you via email/WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: We offer Free Standard Shipping across India on all prepaid orders above ₹999. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 will apply.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for eligible pin codes. A non-refundable COD convenience fee of ₹ 100 applies to cover additional courier handling costs.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched from our facility, the typical transit times are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days.

  • Rest of India: 4–7 business days.

  • Remote Locations / Northeast & J&K: 5–9 business days.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners. Occasional delays may occur due to extreme weather, flight disruptions, or festive peak seasons.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your package is handed over to our courier partner, we will send a shipping confirmation email and WhatsApp alert containing your Tracking Number and a tracking link. You can use this to monitor your shipment's journey in real-time.

5. Secure Packaging & Delivery

  • Tamper-Evident Packaging: Your jewelry is packed in secure, tamper-proof bubble mailers or boxes to protect it from damage and transit theft.

  • Do Not Accept Tampered Packages: If you receive the parcel and notice that the outer packaging is torn, taped over, open, or severely damaged, please do not accept the delivery and report it to our customer support team immediately.

  • OTP Verification: For security, high-value shipments may require an OTP (One-Time Password) shared with your registered mobile number at the time of delivery. Please do not share this OTP with the delivery executive until you are receiving the physical package.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Undelivered Orders

Please double-check your shipping address, email, and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Unavailability of the recipient after 3 delivery attempts.

  • Refusal of the package by the recipient.

In such cases, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping the item will incur an additional shipping charge.
